Our Record of Service

Since 2001, under the leadership of its Council of Elders and in collaboration with the Greater Diaspora Advocacy Coalition in Ghana, CRAAAG has helped hundreds of members of the HUG community repatriate, transition, and secure Ghanaian citizenship.

Our Continuing Mission

Building on these accomplishments, CRAAAG remains committed to advancing the reintegration of the African Diaspora across the continent. We seek to cultivate a universally recognized diaspora community that is:

  • Politically informed and engaged
  • Socially connected and empowered
  • Active in shaping a prosperous shared future

Public and National Engagement

CRAAAG representatives participate in Diaspora forums, town halls, and civic and political advocacy. Through these respected bodies, we engage community leaders, contribute to public dialogue, and help advance issues affecting the African Diaspora at the national level.

Opportunities for Partnership

We welcome opportunities for engagement and partnership. Our work focuses on community education, social connection, and advocacy through programs and events of significance in Ghana. More recently, CRAAAG has contributed a representative voice to Reparative Justice initiatives while strengthening educational partnerships with the University of Cape Coast (UCC).
